Visit Messiah

At Messiah Lutheran, everyone is treated with dignity, always—a place where all means all. We value the God-given worth of all identities, all abilities, and all differences.

Messiah's Hazel Dell Campus is home to weekly worship services at 10:30am, youth and small group gatherings as well as Messiah Preschool.

Messiah has been a part of the greater Vancouver community for over 60 years, and strives to be a part of that community through involvment such as monthly support of local food banks, service projects that benefit refugees and those in need, and support for schools within a one-mile radius of the Messiah campuses through the One Mile Mission initiative.

Messiah has activities for all age groups. Worship at Messiah is dynamic and evolving, integrating fresh liturgies, new and traditional musical styles, reading of scripture, the proclamation of God’s Word, prayers, and celebration of Holy Communion all in the context of a truly multi-generational congregation.

All are welcome to visit, be a guest and give Messiah a try.

Julie Bracken, Messiah's Minister of Welcome and Hospitality, is always happy to connect with guests and provide more information about all things Messiah. She can be reached at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
