What a blessing it has been to partner with the gracious people of Messiah over the past two years in ministry. As this last chapter of Interim Ministry comes to a close as your Bridge Pastor, I give thanks to God for this time together. It has been a real pleasure and privilege.

My appreciation includes the special partnership with Pastor Dave Brauer-Rieke and the talented staff you have serving your community. Their commitment makes it possible to bring out the best in team ministry and nurture the many talents that bear fruit among all the congregation.

I want to thank you for the cards and notes expressing your thanks and support over the past month. Hannelore and I have been greatly encouraged by your reception since we arrived and these past few weeks have been a true blessing. We are very grateful! And, of course, you have probably heard by now that we feel so much a part of Messiah that our official transfer as members has already been recorded.

We are excited as you are to welcome Pastors Robyn and David to the Messiah family. We will continue to support and pray for our ministry together and look forward to the fellowship that we have found.
