Ten grant requests were reviewed by the Endowment Committee on July 20, making sure the requests met the parameters spelled out in the church's Endowment guidelines. Almost $15,000 have been requested and are now pending approval by the Church Leadership Team. September 1 is the next deadline for grant requests to be submitted to the committee. The final opportunity to submit grant proposals this year will be December 1. To date, less than half of the money the Endowment Committee has to distribute this year has been requested.

Requests for funds must be submitted by downloading, completing, and returning the MLC Endowment Fund Grant Questions. If you are unable to answer by email, you may submit your answers in writing by bringing or mailing them to the front office at the Hazel Dell campus. Your requests may be submitted any time but will be considered by the committee quarterly.

The Endowment Committee will consider requests this year in July, September, and December. Next year, decisions will be made on the normal quarterly basis of March, June, September, and December.
