After Easter, Messiah will be participating in a joint book study of "How We Learn to Be Brave" with Ridgefield United Methodist in Ridgefield.
"How We Learn To Be Brave" is written by by Mariann Edgar Budde, the Episcopal Bishop of Washington D.C.
The book study in Ridgefield will be on Thursday evenings at 6 pm beginning May 1 and on Sundays at Messiah Hazel Dell beginning May 4. The location will be Ridgefield United Methodist Church 1410 S Hillhurst Rd, Ridgefield, WA 98642.
The meetings at Messiah Hazel Dell will follow 10:30 a.m. worship and meet in the chapel.
Messiah also has a limited number of copies of the book available to be purchased for $17 each. If you are interested in purchasing one of these copies, contact the church office. Anyone interested is encouraged to sign up for the study using a sign up sheet in the Hazel Dell church narthex.
Individuals are also welcome to purchase or obtain the book on their own prior to the study.
