After Easter, Messiah will be participating in a joint book study with Ridgefield United Methodist in Ridgefield. 

The first book the group will be reading is "How We Learn To Be Brave" by Mariann Edgar Budde, the Episcopal Bishop of Washington D.C.

The study will begin May 1 in Ridgefield, and will also meet on Sundays after worship at Messiah Hazel Dell. 

Messiah also has a limited number of copies of the book available to be purchased for $17 each. If you are interested in purchasing one of these copies, contact the church office, or use a sign up sheet in the Hazel Dell sanctuary after worship. 

Individuals are also welcome to purchase or obtain the book on their own prior to the study.
