Please join us Thursday, June 13, at the Hazel Dell campus for a "Meet and Greet" with our candidates. The couple will be here for one night only before our congregational Call Vote on Sunday, June 23.
The "Meet and Greet" will begin with a potluck at 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 13, in the basement of the Hazel Dell campus. Please bring a main dish, side or salad. We will provide dessert upstairs after a presentation in the sanctuary at 6:00 PM. The goal is to have some relaxed time for visiting and eating dessert after the presentation.
Please be sure to attend the Call Vote on Sunday, June 23, as well. This vote will take place after service at the Hazel Dell campus. A quorum of 10% of voting members of the congregation is needed in order to conduct a Call Vote. We will have some heartier snacks, as well as cookies, available for you after service before we begin the meeting. Proxy voting for meetings is not allowed by our constitution, but electronic participation is. We strongly encourage personal attendance at this meeting. However, if you are unable to attend in person, and would like to participate online, please contact the church office to request Zoom access.
Once the congregation votes in the affirmative, a Call letter can be sent to our candidates!

Please also join us in giving heartfelt thanks to Pastor Dave, who will be leaving us at the end of June. He and Pastor Tom have been a tremendous blessing to this congregation. With the help and guidance of these wonderful interim pastors, we have come through this period of transition as a healthy congregation, and we can look forward to the next chapter with excitement!
