Jubilee Collective is prepared to save Halloween...again! This October 31, Jubilee collective will be at the parking lot of the Vancouver YWCA at 3609 Main St. from 6-8 p.m.
All are welcome to attend this drive-through Trick or Treat event for children with safe candy distribution.
Masks will be required, and not just the scary ones.
