Jubilee Collective will be honored by a visit from Bishop Richard Jaech on July 10th, with the Bishop preaching at both Messiah North and the Hazel Dell campus.
Please join at the Hazel Dell campus at 11:30am that day to share a lunch (provided by Jubilee Collective) and hold space for all who are working to build inclusion, not just in the church, but at home, school and work. Jubilee Collective will set this time aside to talk about where we see this work being done, and invite those present to share their own stories of inclusion; where it shows up, how it is cultivated, and where there is work to be done. No matter if you are a deacon working to secure social justice in the church, a teacher bringing inclusion to our schools, or a teenager who wants to feel safe and supported, this space is for you.
It can be lonely and overwhelming to make change in our world. Join us so we can remind you that the work you are doing is not in vain. It is blessed work, and we are here to help when the cross gets heavy.
To make sure we have enough food and as little going to waste as possible, please RSVP to Megan Dilitto at
If you are able to help set up or tear down for the luncheon, please let us know!
