There were twelve requests for funds from the Endowment Fund third quarter, amounting to more than we had to give out. But the Church Leadership Team decided to assist these requests from other funds at the church and the following wonderful projects will therefore be funded shortly:

Endowment Grant funded the following projects:

- tuition support for students overseas

- food for ministry to the local juvenile jail

- materials for Sam's Art Cart at Legacy Hospital (50%)

- warm coats for folks at the Stay Safe community

- ELCA-branded canopies for church-affiliated public events such as the Peace and Justice Fair\

- food bags for patients with food insecurity at Legacy Hospital (50%)

- materials for MLK Service Day for the youth

- quilting supplies for Lutheran World Relief quilts

While the following projects received funds from other church and preschool sources:

- materials for Sam's Art Cart at Legacy Hospital (50%)

- organ repairs

- new preschool sign

- support and conference for North County's band leader

- funds to offset expenses at St Andrew's Winter Hospitality Overflow

- food bags for patients with food insecurity at Legacy Hospital (50%)

The next deadline for submitting grant requests to the Endowment Committee is December 23, 2025. Fourth quarter monies will be approved at the January meeting of the Church Leadership Team.
