During its most recent meeting the Church Leadership Team:
Discussed synod required updates to the constitution. Mark R. will get the updates done for presentation to the congregation at the June 2026 semi-annual meeting. (We need time to make the changes, and then make the document available to the congregation for review.)
Approved changes to the Employee Handbook. Our thank you to the personnel committee, and especially to Vicki Taylor-Roskopf, for giving our handbook a much needed update.
Voted to remove "interim" from Lindsay Raymond's designation as bookkeeper. We are pleased to have her join the MLC team!
Voted on an increase of 2% (rounded to nearest $5) for preschool tuition in the 2026-2027 school year.
Agreed to activate the nominating committee chosen at the June 2025 meeting. Those elected were Kari Gerdts, Fred Johnson, Tracy Neuhauser, Hope Quinn and Theresa Zimmer.
