Updates from the Church Leadership Team (CLT) following June meeting.
-Team is investigating a potential site internship.
- New hearing assist system has been ordered. This tech will allow us to broadcast the audio from the sound board directly to hearing aides. Not every hearing aide currently has the capability to receive the signal, but that technology is rapidly becoming standard. There will also be a few headsets available for those who would appreciate the assistance but don't have a hearing aid that works with the new system.
- Looking to fill 3 positions at the pre-school for next year's class.
- Blankets have been ordered for Messiah North and will be available for attendees during the service.
- Update provided by the Building Task Force.
Two safety related items on the repair list have been approved to proceed with the work.
Parking lot catch basin repair, and removal of diseased trees located along the main entrance walkway. This work will be happening over the next few weeks.
- Pastors will be out on medical leave. The time frame is up in the air pending surgery results. The pastors have already sourced substitutes during their known absence. Updates will be provided as more information is available.
