Worship and Music Leader
The Worship and Music Leader shall lead and support others in worship through music and the arts. This includes serving as a lead vocalist for songs of worship and leading and establishing volunteer teams to lead musical worship activities. May collaborate with the pastors on worship planning and music selection. The position shall focus on both the strength of the Lutheran Church’s liturgical traditions and the freedom inherent in this tradition to worship God in spirit and truth in a variety of forms and styles. The position reports directly to the assigned Pastor and will work closely with the pastors and staff in defining and developing new forms of worship experience within the church.
