Messiah North will Reopen on May 16

Hazel Dell Campus Service time will move to 9:00a

by Julie Backous, Messiah North Site Coordinator

Hello Messiah North family ... and all of Messiah congregation!

I have waited so long for this day! Who knew that it would be a year before we would be able to meet again! But finally, here we are.

MESSIAH NORTH WILL BEGIN WORSHIPING IN PERSON BEGINNING SUNDAY, MAY 16 AT 11:00 AM AT WINDY HILLS WINERY!!!

Windy Hills Winery is located in Ridgefield at 1346 S. 38th Court, Ridgefield, WA, close to the Clark County Fairgrounds, and Fairgrounds Park.

Windy Hills Winery owner Dave Kelly has graciously offered Messiah North the use of the large outdoor tent in the middle of a beautiful garden for worship. The time for the service was determined between the winery hours and desires of the Messiah North community in accordance with the Hazel Dell services, which will move to 9:00 a.m. Sunday mornings beginning May 16.

COVID-19 protocols will be observed. Windy Hills is the safest place we can be right now. The outdoor tent has rollup sides to facilitate the airflow that we need. Band music will be back and singing (with a surgical mask) is on the agenda!

Many volunteers are needed to make this happen. Please watch your email for more information to follow soon regarding the help we will need to make this happen. Please let me know if you are able to help in any way. Call, text, and email - all are good ways to get hold of me. Watch for more announcements, invitations, newspaper ads, and phone calls and emails. Think and pray about how you can help.

We are getting ready to bring the contemporary service that has been so loved back again to a special group of people and to the Ridgefield community.

With joy,

Julie Backous, Messiah North Site Coordinator
