Interested in vegetable gardening? New ministry possibility might be up your alley

Planning or hoping to grow some awesome tasting veggies in 2022?

We are considering starting a new ministry at Messiah based on growing vegetables at home. We need to know if there are enough people interested in vegetable gardening to make this a viable effort.

This project is being initiated by Dave Radke and Mark Hundley. We have over 60 years of combined gardening experience, a passion for growing vegetables and would love to share this with others. We are calling this – "From Seed to Harvest."

Maybe you've never tried growing vegetables before, maybe you've dabbled in it a bit, or perhaps you're an experienced vegetable gardener. We want to know!

Whether you have a large inground plot, one small raised bed (or maybe several), or just a few containers on your patio or deck - growing some of your own veggies is a fun and rewarding experience.

There's no need for you to make any commitment at this point. You just need to "raise your hand" to let us know if you'd like to learn more about the possibilities we're exploring.

Please help us to determine if there's sufficient interest or curiosity for us to take the next steps in developing this ministry. If you have an interest in growing vegetables at home, please "raise your hand." (How to "raise your hand is explained below)

If you know of anyone else who might be interested, please direct them to this article.

You "raise your hand" by clicking the link below. It will take you to a webpage with a very brief (less than two minutes) survey. We will follow up via email to discuss further plans.
