May Food on the 4th

 For May Food on the Fourtth Neighbors Helping Neighbors Food Bank has specific food items they are need of, while Ridgefield Family Resources Center is in need of personal care items.

Ridgefield Neighbors Helping Neighbors Food Bank requests:

  • Canned chicken
  • Spam
  • Canned Soups, any size
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cold Cereal
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • Boxed dinners such as Hamburger Helper, Rice-a-Roni, etc

Ridgefield Family Resource Center (RFRC) is always so appreciative of our generosity. However, the need is always there, and as summer approaches, they are still in need of the following items.

    Supplies Requested by the Ridgefield Family Resource Center:

    • Laundry Detergent Pods
    • Toilet Paper

    The following are requested for both men and women

    • Shampoo
    • Deodorant
    • Liquid body wash

    Any other additional food items that you wish to donate are also most welcome!

    Food will be collected  and placed around the altar on May 26th. At Hazel Dell, food bags may be left by the Food on the 4th Cupboard in the narthex at any time during the month. 

    Thank you for your continued generosity which is making a difference in the lives of others!

    During the month of April, 577  pounds of food were collected for the Lewis River Mobile Food Bank,, and each of the two food banks that we serve were given $200 to purchase additional food. North County collected 197 pounds of supplies for the Resource Center.
